Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you rece ived it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, etc.)

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@goldentrianglebarbershop.com to initiate the return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

  3. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges
